I normally turn a blind eye to the sarcastic comments that my boyfriend makes about some of my outfit choices, but even I couldn't help but notice how much I was channelling Florence Nightingale with this one. I think it's the bun... I'm embarrassingly late to the Archive By Alexa party, but even so it wouldn't be right as a blogger to have purchased the infamous Harry blouse and not post about it! You'll also be surprised to see that I paired it with my beloved Mom jeans (I see a ways to wear mom jeans blog post coming along...), but they really are just the best jeans for every situation! I've also been wearing this top with mini skirts and smarter trousers for work, but even with casual jeans and my trusty Stan Smiths I think it makes a great combo.
As if the pie crust collar and button up details on the back weren't adorable enough, I wore my brand new Radley Soho backpack that I'd picked up the night before - and it hasn't left my back since. I have only been commuting for 3 months but I was already sick of the battles I have had with my Longchamp on packed trains, and was desperate for an easy-to-carry-but-cute-and-compact black leather backpack. I must say I'm mightily impressed with Radley at the moment, considering it's the little scottie dog brand that I used to associate with the ageing population... But I thank them for bringing this bag into my life, and there are many more I could have purchased alongside it!
